बीजेपी की अरविंद केजरीवाल को चेतावनी, जेल जाने के लिए रहें तैयार!

नई दिल्ली। मोदी सरकार पर हमले को लेकर दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल पर निशाना साधते हुए बीजेपी ने उन पर आरोप लगाया कि वह एक के बाद एक अंसवैधानिक कदम उठा रहे हैं और वह वित्त मंत्री अरण जेटली द्वारा दाखिल मानहानि के मामले में जेल जाने के लिए तैयार रहें।

बीजेपी ने आरोप लगाया कि केजरीवाल सरकार पूरी तरह नाकाम रही है और मुख्यमंत्री अपनी नाकामियों को छिपाने के लिए तथा भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों का सामना कर रहे अपने प्रधान सचिव को बचाने के लिए बीजेपी नेताओं के खिलाफ राजनीति से प्रेरित आरोप मढ़ रहे हैं।

डीडीसीए में कथित भ्रष्टाचार के मामले में दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त जांच आयोग को अवैध करार देने के केंद्र के फैसले के बावजूद उसके काम करने पर केजरीवाल के जोर देने के बाद उन्हें आड़े हाथ लेते हुए बीजेपी ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री को अदालत में ये दलीलें देनी चाहिए जहां मानहानि मामले की सुनवाई हो रही है।

बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय सचिव श्रीकांत शर्मा ने कहा कि केजरीवाल और उनके साथियों को जेल जाने के लिए तैयार रहना चाहिए। उनकी सरकार ने अपनी नाकामी और भ्रष्टाचार को छिपाने के लिए कई असंवैधानिक फैसले किए हैं। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि ‘आप’ सरकार केंद्र सरकार तथा अन्य संस्थानों में हलचल पैदा करने के लिए ये प्रेरित हमले कर रही है।

शर्मा ने कहा कि यह सरकार ऐसे व्यक्ति (मोदी) की अगुवाई में चल रही है जो गरीब परिवार में जन्मे और भ्रष्टाचार मिटाने के लिए दृढ़संकल्पित हैं। केजरीवाल बेबुनियाद आरोप लगाने के लिए कुख्यात हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री को संविधान पढ़ना चाहिए और असंवैधानिक निर्णय लेने बंद करने चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार जनता के कल्याण के बजाय प्रचार पर भारी-भरकम सरकारी खर्च कर रही है। शर्मा ने दावा किया कि उसका प्रचार बजट पिछली सरकारों से कई गुना अधिक है।

Govt buys 10 even-odd number cars to beat its own formula.

The AAP Government has purchased five Swift Desire and five Maruti Ciaz and Nano cars to ensure its Ministers do not suffer in travelling from one place to another during the 15-day trial run of odd-even formula in the city from January 1. The cost of each Swift Desire and Maruti Ciaz works between Rs 9 lakh and Rs 12 lakh. Top sources told The Pioneer that sensing the shortage of cars during the implementation of the pilot project could affect the movement of the Ministers and other officers, the Delhi Government have purchased about 10 even-odd number cars. “The old vehicle being used by Ministers is expected to be given to officials of the Delhi Government during the even-odd scheme.

सरकारी एजेंसी से धोखाधड़ी, 'आप' नेता की पत्नी नामजद

आप के नेता ही नहीं उनकी बीबियाँ भी लगी पड़ी है सरकार को चूना लगाने में.....!!!

'आप' में शामिल होने वाले पूर्व कांग्रेसी विधायक जगतार सिंह राजला की पत्नी को पुलिस ने धोखाधड़ी के आरोप में नामजद किया है। आरोप है कि मार्कफेड की ओर से राजला के शैलर में जितना धान मिलिंग के लिए लगाया गया था, उसे उनकी पत्नी ने गायब कर दिया। इससे मार्कफेड को लाखों रुपये का नुकसान हुआ। मार्कफेड के जिला मैनेजर की ओर से सदर समाना पुलिस को दी शिकायत पर यह कार्रवाई की गई है। आरोप है कि राजला की पत्नी लखविंदर कौर ने धान की बोरियां गायब करके धान की जगह भूसे की बोरियां भरवा कर लगवा दीं। मामला सामने आने पर लखविंदर कौर ने माना कि उसने मार्कफेड से एक करोड़ 30 लाख 40 हजार 352 रुपये की धोखाधड़ी की है, लेकिन इस पैसे को वह जल्द भर देगी। आज तक आरोपी की ओर से इस रकम को नहीं चुकाया गया है, जिस करके अब यह केस दर्ज किया गया है। फिलहाल इस मामले में कोई गिरफ्तारी नहीं हुई है। ‪#‎आप_की_गुण्डी‬

कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद गिरफ्तार हो सकते हैं केजरीवाल-सिसोदिया !

दिल्ली के मुख्‍यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल व उप मुख्‍यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया के खिलाफ कई गंभीर आरोपों में मामले दर्ज है। उनके खिलाफ दिल्ली पुलिस ने कोर्ट में चार्जशीट दायर कर दी है। जिसके बाद अब अगर कोर्ट का आदेश आता है, तो पुलिस दोनों को गिरफ्तार भी करेगी। दिल्ली के पुलिस आयुक्त ने एक सवाल का जबाव देते हुए कहा कि पुलिस अपने काम को सही तरिके से अंजाम दे रही है, कोई भी अगर दिल्ली में कानून तोड़ेगा तो उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी, चाहे फिर वह कोई भी हो। पुलिस के अनुसार सीएम केजरीवाल व उपमुख्‍यमंत्री सिसोदिया पर आईपीसी की कई गंभीर धाराओं में मामले दर्ज है। जिसमें सीएम केजरीवाल पर आईपीसी एक्ट की 499, 500, 148, 147, 149, 151, 152, 153, 186, 188, 353/34 और 332 के तहत मामले दर्ज है। जबकि उपमुख्‍यमंत्री सिसोदिया पर 499, 500, 151, 152, 153, 188, 353/34 और 332 के तहत है मामले दर्ज हैं ।
पुलिस पर उठे सवाल...........!!!
पुलिस की लाख सफाई के बाद भी पुलिस पर सवाल उठ रहे है क्योंकि अगर किसी आम व्यक्ति के खिलाफ इतने गंभीर आरोपों में मामले दर्ज होते, तो शायद आरोपी जेल में होते। लेकिन अब मामला दिल्ली के मुख्‍यमंत्री और उपमुख्‍यमंत्री से जुड़ा है तो राहत मिलना लाजमी है।

Delhi Autorickshaw Permit Scam by AAP government.

A New Scam has rocked delhi called Autorikshaw Permit Scam. It is learned that Transport Minister of Delhi Gopal Rai from AAM AADMI PARTY is involved in scam worth crores of rupees.

Permits were issued to anyone and everyone and xerox copies were sent to address, where no one lives from past 25-30 years(fake addresses). These permits were given to people by taking 25K-50K bribe from them and it is alleged that Transport Minister Gopal Rai and even AAP Volunteers are involved in Scam. They did not follow lottery or first come first serve system and used govt mechanism on their own way to Mint money.

After onion Scam and Sugar Scam, now its Autorikshaw Permit Scam by AAP, who cries crocodile tears on corruption.

When this came to picture, Kejriwal has cancelled few Autorikshaw permits and suspended few officers proving that this scam is real and need to be investigated by Anti Corruption Bureau.

AAP Candidate Shailendra Singh, 3 associates allegedly Rape Woman over an year.

GWALIOR: A woman has filed a complaint alleging that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate from Guna-Shivpuri Lok Sabha seat Shailendra Singh Kushwaha and three office bearers allegedly raped her at least three times over a period of more than a year, the police said.

Aap Madhya Pradesh state secretary Akshay Hunka reached Gwalior today to look into the matter and termed the allegations as "politically motivated, aimed at tarnishing Kushwaha's image".

The 30-year-old complainant said that she was associated with Anna Hazare's anti-corruption movement and had later joined the AAP.

She alleged that Kushwaha and three other office bearers, identified as Gwalior district AAP convenor Himanshu Kulshreshta, AAP district secretary Abhijit Wagh and AAP district spokesperson Manuraj Saxena raped her at least thrice, about a year ago, the police said.

The woman claimed that she went to Raipur later and came back to file a complaint at the Kampu police station on Wednesday, after suffering for almost a year.

She said that she lodged a police complaint only after she reported the matter to AAP leaders in Delhi, who did not help her.

Meanwhile, additional superintendent of police (ASP) Virendra Jain said that as per Supreme Court guidelines if an incident of rape is more than three months old, then an FIR in the matter would be filed only after a probe, which the police has initiated.

However, Kushwaha dismissing her allegations as "baseless and aimed at tarnishing his image," said that he was told that the woman filed the complaint at the behest of two party workers, in order to settle political scores, since she has complained after more than a year. 

AAP leader Raman Swami Arrested for Raping Married Woman

An Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader was arrested for raping a woman on the pretext of providing her a job, police said Tuesday.

Raman Swami was arrested for raping a woman Jan 25 and was sent to judicial custody till Feb 8, police said.

The woman told police she befriended Swami of Harikesh Nagar in south Delhi a few days back and requested him to help her get employment.

A police officer said: "On Jan 25, he asked her to meet him in the Okhla area. When she reached there, he took the woman to a house in his car and raped her."

The officer added that Swami also threatened her with dire consequences if she told anyone about the assault.

She managed to approach the police the same day. Swami was arrested after her medical examination confirmed rape.

Police said Swami joined the AAP before the Dec 4 Delhi elections and had also sought a ticket from the Okhla constituency.

AAP leader Somnath Bharti arrested in Domestic Violence Case

Domestic violence case: AAP MLA Somnath Bharti 

Lipika had filed a complaint of domestic violence with the Delhi Commission for Women on June 10 alleging that her husband had been abusing her since their marriage in 2010. She had also given a complaint to the police in this regard. Delhi Police then registered an FIR against Bharti under sections 307 (attempt to murder), 498A (cruelty towards wife), 324 (voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapon), 406 (criminal breach of trust), 313 read with 511 (attempt to cause miscarriage without woman’s consent), 420 (cheating) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of IPC. 

AAP MLA Somnath Bharti was arrested. he surrendered in connection with the attempt to murder and domestic violence case filed by his wife.

He was arrested around 4 AM, Dependra Pathak, Joint Commissioner of Police (Southwest) said.

Bharti, who evaded arrest for nearly a week, had surrendered last night hours after the Supreme Court ordered him to give himself up in the domestic violence and attempt to murder case filed by his wife.

AAP MLA and former Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti was today sent to Tihar Jail for a day by a Delhi Court, .
